OUR SUBMISSION PROCESS IS SIMPLE...
Send and/or email us your photos/logos and the text you want us to work with. Accuracy on your part is essential to a quick and timely turn around.
Payment via Paypal or check is due for design to begin.
Each time a draft is completed, you will receive a copy to view via email for your approval and, if necessary, for your edits or changes. As an added bonus, this graphic may be used for your email and website marketing purposes.
Once you send final approval of the job for continuation, submission or publishing, your project will be dispatched to the appropriate vendor and ready for pickup or delivery --usually within 3-7 working days.
Text & Graphics: Photos/logos/scans... are digitally reproduced from customer provided materials, matching color and hue as closely as possible.
We prefer electronic photos, scans or designs as .tif, .jpg, .pdf or .gif formats. Common submissions are at 72dpi for websites and 300dpi for print and video jobs. To be safe, it may be best to submit your gaphics at the highest resolution possible --we will "dumb it down" to the resolution and dimensions we need.
You may also send us your physical photos. Most jobs allow you a minumum of 3 scans of graphics, photos or logos at no additional charge. ubmission of graphics and/or copy is indicative of an order for billable services.

To save design time--and money!-- Edit your copy BEFORE sending it to us! Your text file shoud be written and edited for desirable content by you, your committee, organization or whomever, before you send it to us. Though we may make suggestions where we feel they are needed, we will basically layout what is given us.
Word or Text files should be emailed to us as a .doc, .txt or Word .rtf ("rich text format") document.; or simpy place your text in the body of an email message! Paper submissions may incur an additional typing or scan charge.
Changes, edits and updates made to a website... are at no additional charge during the initial agreed upon free design period. Once that free design-time has been depleted, client edits, changes and updates are subject to our regular hourly fee. Corrections for pre-final draft approved Wiseman Company mistakes are at no charge. The Wiseman Company is not, however responsible for mistakes discovered once project has been approved by the client.
Websites are allowed 2 free Audio/Video uploads per page. Multimedia submissions for your websites should be provided as .mov, .ppt, .mpg, .avi, .mp3, .ra,.rm, .wav, ,wvm. They may be sent on a CD or, if less than 10 meg, emailed to us.
We can help with creation of your digital audio or video file. We have the capabilities to write, direct and shoot your 3-5 minute web-fomercial, music video or simple audio recording--or can attend your event and create an entire program on DVD. We reserve the right to disqualify any submission for any reason. With submission and acceptance of material presented, the Client automatically indemnifies TWC and assumes full responsibility for copyright releases on photo/logo usage and any and all photographer claims submitted for incorporation into the client's project.. · There is a 40% upcharge for less than 48 hour rush orders.
Your deposit or other payment indicates acceptance of these terms and the final proof of your design as delivered, faxed, or emailed to you. We accept debit, e-checks, and credit card payments through our secure Paypal link (see below). Order may not be cancelled once the domain name is purchased and/or project is submitted for publishing.
Interruption or delays of service due to acts of God, web host, publisher or printer, are not the liability of the Wiseman Company. We do, however,, pledge to provide best efforts to help eleviate the concern and hopefully resolve all complications.
